Frequently asked questions about queue management systems
Answers grounded in our team's experience designing and implementing customer-service queue workflows since 2014.
What is a queue management system?
Software used to issue service tickets, organize waiting lines, call visitors to service points and make activity visible to operators and supervisors.
Is a self-service kiosk required?
No. A deployment may use existing computers, screens or assisted ticket issuance, depending on the workflow and available hardware.
Can patients move across departments with one ticket?
Supported workflows can route a ticket between reception, billing, laboratories or consultations, depending on the configuration of the organization.
What can supervisors monitor?
Ticket volume by department, operator activity in real time, waiting and handling times, completed tickets, cancelled or abandoned tickets, and historical reports.
Do you provide training and ongoing support?
We assist operators, supervisors and IT teams before and during deployment and support later changes such as adding departments or staff. Exact onsite training and support scope depends on the agreed project.
Is there a free trial?
There is a 30-day SaaS trial conditioned on daily use and applicable service terms.
Can the software run in the cloud or on premises?
Both deployment approaches are available. Network access, electricity, server readiness and the chosen operating model must be reviewed.
